Recipe

• First peel. wash, and chop up the new potatoes into cubes. Pop these in a pan with hot olive oil a dash of salt. 

• Peel and chop the onion and add it to the potatoes.

• Turn down the heat and slow fry the for about 20 minutes. Mix it from time totem. Do not let the potatoes become too fried or crispy. 

• In a jug or bowl, crack open the eggs and mix with a fork. 

• Drain the potatoes and onions and pour them in the egg mixture. Stir to mix the eggs and then pour the mixture in the pan. 

• Turn the heat down and leave for a few minutes.

• Flip the omelette with a platoon top, and leave it for a couple more minutes.

• Serve hot or cold. Yummy!!

My weekdays

I have many things to do during the week, because I like being busy.

During the week, from Monday to Friday, I go to school. I wake up at a quarter to seven, and I get up a bit later. I have breakfast at seven o'clock. I brush my teeth and have a shower a half past seven, and then I get dressed. After that I put make-up on, brush my hair, put the accessories, my jacket or coat, and shoes on.

Next, I drive to school, and I stay there until three o'clock or so. After, I go to visit my mum, and then I go home.

I have lunch at about four or half-past four, and then I do some yoga. Then, I work a little bit on the computer. 

At about eight o'clock, in the evening, I have a tea and some fruit while I watch telly.

I go to bed at ten o'clock.

My town: Torrelavega

My town is called Torrelavega. It's located in the north-centre of Cantabria, in Northern Spain.

Torrelavega is the second biggest town in the community. It is very nice and there are many things to do and place to go to: a museum, a theater, a couple of parks, a football stadium and a sports pavilion, and sports facilities around town, We have beautiful building and palaces such as the Town hall. There are many school in my town. I attend Mies de Vega School, which is very cool and quite big.

The beach and the mountains are pretty near to my town, which is very cool because we can go to the beach in summer, and to the mountains in order to sy, during the winter.

Some lovely place close to Torrelavega are: Santillana del Mar, Comillas, Suances, or Ucieda.

I love my town!
